IDAKA practices the management principles that serve as our guidelines, reviews management structure in order to realize sustainable improvements in corporate value, and has put in place a new structure and policies for corporate governance. Moreover, in order to realize fair and appropriate management, we have prepared a Compliance Manual, and work hard to promote compliance both domestically and overseas.
